2010 NAYDO Conference on YMCA Philanthropy

 

Registration opened July 1, 2009 for NAYDO Members

                            October 31, 2009 for Non-Members so why not join today?

                            You can add your membership dues to your conference registration

                           without additional paperwork.

 

IMPORTANT:  Though it is past the January 29th registration deadline, a few spaces remain so registration remains open though a $50 late fee will be applied. Contact info@naydo.org to see if you qualify for a waiver on the late fee.

Either print version can be faxed or emailed with a credit card payment or regular mailed with a check to the NAYDO Office (fax number, email and postal address is on registration form)

 

NAYDO Conference registration is limited due to seating capacity for General Sessions (all of which include meals) and educational track breakouts. Take advantage of the lower rates and register early to ensure space for yourself and others from your YMCA.

 

2010 NAYDO Conference Registration Fees

 

Registration fees cover program costs, participant materials, access to the exhibits, participation in the educational track sessions and the following meals: Thursday lunch and Eagle banquet dinner, Friday breakfast and lunch, Saturday breakfast snack (not a meal) and brunch. Fee also covers the Friday night event which will include enough food for dinner and plenty of entertainment.

 

Spouse/guests fees cover all of the above except for participation in the educational track sessions. 

 

Membership Status

 

Membership must be current at time of registration and dates of the conference in order to qualify for the NAYDO Member rates. The opportunity to join or renew is provided on the conference registration form. To learn more about the benefits of membership, CLICK on the Membership tab.

 

Deposits and Balance Due

 

  • Payment in full due by January 29, 2010; minimum of $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure space and ensure rate on date your registration is submitted.  
  • If you register early and pay only the $100 deposit, the balance is due by January 29, 2010.
  • You can indicate on your form if you would like the same credit card number automatically charged for the balance in January 2010.
  • While the deposit is non-refundable it can be transferred to one other person's 2010 registration if processed by the January 29, 2010 registration deadline.

 

Substitutions

 

  • Substitutions can be made by contacting the NAYDO Office at info@naydo.org, calling 504-464-7845 or faxing to 504-464-6718 the substitute’s complete contact information.
  • There may be an adjustment to the registration fee based on whether the substitute is a staff member or volunteer due to the different rates for each.

 

Cancellation Deadline March 1 – Registration and Hotel Rooms

 

On or before the cancellation deadline of March 1, 2010 requests for conference fee refunds (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) must be made in writing to info@naydo.org or by fax to the NAYDO Office at 504-464-6718. Cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund unless you can provide documentation of special circumstances concerning the refund request.

 

Before you cancel hotel rooms directly with the hotel, notify the NAYDO Office so if there is a hotel waiting list those individuals can assume your room reservation. Once cancelled with the hotel, your room is no longer available to NAYDO Conference attendees at our group rate.

 

 

Financial Assistance

 

Financial assistance requests must be submitted by December 3, 2009. Complete the Financial Assistance Form and the Conference Registration Form. Use print version (not the online version) of the registration form and indicate that you have applied for financial assistance; include no payment. Should you receive assistance the financial assistance it will be automatically applied to your registration fee. If assistance is denied, you will have a choice of paying the registration fee or cancelling the registration with no financial penalty.
